My book says “me conviendrait” but I’m wondering should it not be “me conviendrais”?
What is triggering the use of 'en' in the sentence 'le destin en a décidé autrement' ? Is it the fact that 'décider' implies a clause starting with 'de' - or something else ?
I often can't see a simple 'de...' clause that could be interchanged with the 'en'.
I wondered a similar thing and my old dictionary gave "Un demi" presumable for 1/2 litre, more or less?

I'm not sure why "it's sunny" can not be translated as "c'est ensoleille"
I chose étudiants instead of élèves in this exercise and it was marked incorrect. Does the word élève pertain to older students and étudiant to younger students? Is there a distinction between élève and étudiant and, if so, what is it?
Profond = deep. Profondeur = depth. Please explain the question in this lesson.
For "I usually sit down in a corner" I wrote "D'habitude, je m'assois dans un coin". None of the four suggested solutions included "D'habitude" (or variants). Was I just plain wrong?

How would you say "I'm going to get my nails done today." ? I thought "Je vais me faire faire les ongles aujourd'hui ", but am not sure.
