On my computer the hints are shown on the phrase after they are needed - eg tout le monde. I have seen this on many of the excercises.
Why does the adjective sometimes come before and sometimes after the noun???
Lisa est une très bonne vendeuse.Lisa is a very good sales assistant. Maurice est un professeur excellent.Maurice is an excellent teacher.Confused again.. your examples all use the form “il est dix heures vingt-cinq”.. in response to “quelle heure est-il”, would c’est dix heures vingt-cinq be equally acceptable?
It is listed as adverb and I am confused.
can we say: "Baptiste est mon le plus mauvais ennemi." ?
I chose étudiants instead of élèves in this exercise and it was marked incorrect. Does the word élève pertain to older students and étudiant to younger students? Is there a distinction between élève and étudiant and, if so, what is it?
When I did my quiz, with 'Ben _______ son train presque tous les jours.', the answer box was a drop-down question. When I got my results, this question was Almost There. The answer showed two different answers! If a question is drop-down, you can't select two answers at once, can you?
Hi, in the last paragraph the text reads “l’incompétence du capitaine”, but I’m actually hearing “l’incompétence du commandant”.
Hello -
I'm still confused about why "Nous nous habillions à 6 heures et demie", "We got dressed at half past 6", is imparfait and not passe compose. This seems to be one specific event (not describing a repeated action), is complete, has a clear beginning (6:30), and isn't an opinion or (I don't think) story background. What rule would I use to know it's imparfait?
When I have moved up a level, from what I understand Kwiziq will not test me on anything from previous levels unless I switch back to the level. My general question is this: how often do people review and improve previous levels? But more specifically:
I think I read on here somewhere that the suggested time to move up is when you achieve 75% in a level. Is it recommended to return often, e.g. every day or two, until getting it up to 100%, or less frequently?
Finally, when lower levels are at 100%, how often is it recommended to return to them?
Why "de couleur" ? I would have expected "la couleur" or "de la couleur".
