I got marked wrong for writing "Depuis que Amandine...". This is correct, I believe, given that Amandine is a proper noun. Am I wrong here?
Salut
On dit " parlez-leur" Pourquoi pas "appellez-les" ?
Merci
would 'je peux recharger mes piles' be acceptable?
Mildly thrown off, and it's actually only related somewhat, but one of the questions I was asked was "You were going to make soup, but then..." and what threw me off was I attempted to use cuisiner instead of faire, as I thought that's what you used in regards to making food, but the answer used faire? Or is that just specific dishes and general types of food use faire?
Au cours des années, elle m'a transmis sa passion - why is passé composé used? She clearly says 'over the years' so a repeated action? surely the imparfait would be used here?
I think Il a économisé en secret should have been accepted
There is a typo I think in the table of irregular adverbs. Meilleure translates as best, not better.
'Après avoir considéré de faire peindre le mur' why is "DE" used? is 'considéré de' an expression
'plutôt que de remettre du papier peint' why is there "DE" here too?
Why is it "J'ai du mal à (verb)", instead of "J'ai du mal a (verb)"?
I only know we use it for locations, such as "Je suis à Paris"
