I wonder, what's the matter with question 1 in the quiz. I answered it 4 or 5 times and each time the result was the same three out of four! But I didn't mark the answer which says ICECREAMS, so I'm disappointed

idioms confound me ... "on the edge" of town is different than of a cliff ... what is the idiom for "on the edge of my seat" or almost being driven crazy as saying "he's really on edge" ? maybe an "edgy" lesson?
Hi team. Wondering why only "Go there!" is the only answer. "You go there!" should be correct, too?
My question is about putting "Marie caressait son chat" into the La Voix Passive. I have read Skylar's comment and the answers to her question. I agree with Ron, that "Le chat de Marie..." resolves the ambiguity of whose cat it is. So, I wrote: "Le chat de Marie etait caressait par elle" which was marked wrong. Could someone explain why this is wrong?

As far as I understand, there should be an 'en' between 'Tu' and 'vaux'.

It seems to me both Imparfait and Passé Composé could be used here, for different meanings.
"Ces fêtes étaient incroyables." Those parties [which happened regularly, a long time ago] were amazing.
"Ces fêtes ont été incroyables." Those parties [which were not long ago, and which happened only once (e.g. in a specific summer)] were amazing.
Can we say je voyagerai autour l’Europe in place of Je ferai le tour de l’Europe?
