Two verbs conjugated

Hi, in “Ce jour-là, tous les gens qui me connaissent le savent bien,” why are both connaître and savoir conjugated? There seems to be only one subject, so normally I find the second verb to be in the infinitive.

Ce jour-là, tous les gens qui me connaissent le savent bien. -- That day, all the people who know me know it well.

Both verbs -- connaissent and savent -- refer to the subject les gens (through the relative pronoun qui ). They both need to be matched to the subject.
