Il faut avoir du bois sec. -- We/one must have dry wood.
Both express the same thing but in a different way. The first one expresses a direct need, whereas the second one is more of a general requirement.
sorry, typo. On a besoin d'avoir... and il faut avoir...are they interchangeable here?
