Subjunctive or indicative form?

I don't understand why this sentence is indicative form?

Tu penses qu'il est bon pour elle?

For question or negation, I suppose we should use subjuctive form along with penser:

Tu penses qu'il soit bon pour elle?

Please help to explain it?

Merci.

I agree with you: if penser is used in the negative or in a question it should be followed by the subjunctive. However, in everyday French, people will often use the indicative.
