Do we use "se coucher" with "the sun sets at 9" as in "Le soleil se couche à 9h"? If so, may be worth mentioning in the lesson.

Bonjour William,
Thank you for your excellent contribution! Indeed, you are absolutely right that 'to set at + [time]' is the direct translation of 'se coucher à + [time]'. In French, one talks about ‘le lever et le coucher du soleil’ ( = sunrise and sunset). Here is a link for anyone’s general curiosity:la-planete-du-soir-et-du-matin
