Is the verb for "worry" reflexive?

Just need a little clarification. Is the verb for "to worry" just "inquieter" or is it reflexive? (s'inquieter) If it is reflexive, how would that change the phrase, "I am a little worried" in French?

s'inquieter is indeed reflexive and means "to worry".

I worry about him. -- Je m'inquiète pour lui.

But to say someone is worried, you have 2 possibilities: use the particple inquiet/inquiète as an adjective, so there is no need for the reflexive. Or stick with the reflexive version:

Marie est inquiète -- Marie is worried.
Marie s'inquiète -- Marie worries.
