English translation

This sentence in the english translation doesn't sound right to me. The inclusion of the words "and that" aren't needed.

Though you might have never heard her name before, Olympe de Gouges played an essential part in the women's right struggle, and that long before the term "feminist" made an appearance.

While not the most common English phrasing, it's not wrong. We included "and that" in order to get the French translation "et cela" which is very common.

Not needed, but not wrong to have them for stylistic reasons.
