Why we use va with vous, isn't it should be allez with vous?

Why does "de" mean "in" here? 

Merci pour cette dictée qui est le sujet de beaucoup de conversations en France aujourd'hui.  Je vit aux États-Unis où nous avons eu un problème similaire il y a plusieurs ans.  Nous l'avons résolu en élevant l'age de retraite normale jusqu'à 67 ans.  Bien sûr c'est difficile de retirer une promesse et il y a toujours des autres choix.  Comme France, les États-Unis ont un déficit chaque année.  Dans l'avenir quelqu'un doit payer la dette.  Qui le fera?

Here we have est with proches/gentils. Is it a general rule?

I used "la chapelure." for breadcrumbs which was marked as incorrect. The exercise wanted "les miettes de pain". According to the dictionary I used, both are correct. Can anyone clarify? Thanks

I'm learning a piece of music by the composer Georges Hüe.  How is this last name pronounced?  From the description I saw on https://www.lawlessfrench.com/pronunciation/dieresis/ I am guessing that the "H" is silent, the "ü" is pronounced as a standard "u," and the "e" is voiced instead of silent.  Is that correct?  (If someone knows IPA, then perhaps that would be a good way to answer?)

Why is 'laissés' agreeing in number here? It's avoir and there are no preceding pronouns?
