I am confused about the differences between que and quoi and why you could not use quoi instead of que in some of these. 

1. Ce sont de longues jupes nouvelles.    2. Ce sont des jupes longues et nouvelles.   3.  Ce sont de longues jupes nouvelles.   4. Ce sont de longues et nouvelles jupes.   Which one is the correct sentence? Please clarify.  Thanks in advance. 

Questions on ‘partir, sortir, quitter’ which comprise one, some or all answers are so inconsistent, I find it very irritating. Sometimes when I choose all three (excluding ‘laisser’ of course), only ‘partir’ is the answer deemed acceptable. sometimes, when I select ‘partir’ only, all three are given as correct. More context please.

Pouquoi ne pas utiliser " Savez que  vous êtes loin d'etre le seul au lieu de "Sachez que vous êtes loin d'être le seul"? L'utilisation du subjonctif est-elle nécessaire ?

While expressing present continous tense or future simple with present tense in french, I realy get confused on when to use auxiliary etre with subject pronoun and when not to use

l am just wandering why in the two following sentences the 'de' proposition is used differently? 

Sentence 1 - Vous êtes un amateur de vin?

Sentence 2- Vous êtes un amoureux du vin?
