Hi Ozan.

This is not indirect speech -

1. Il dira qu'il joue au football

2. il dira qu'il a joué au football

3. Il dira qu'il jouera au football

An indirect speech sentence would be -

He said that he plays football ----->  Il a dit qu'il jouait au football

He said that he played football ---->  Il a dit qu'il avait joué au football

He said that he will play football ---> Il a dit qu'il jouerait au football

Hope this helps!
