When is enfin used instead of finalement?

Does Ne ... pas + Passé composé + depuis longtemps =
Ne ... plus + Présent indicatif + depuis longtemps ? (Statements in either of these formats mean the same??) To help clarify, could you please provide translations for these statements a) to c) below (any other examples would be greatly appreciated) Thanks in advance.a)Tu ne fumes pas depuis longtemps.
b)Tu n'as pas fumé depuis longtemps
c) Tu ne fumes plus depuis longtemps
Si j'ai bien compris, la prouesse peux s'exprimer au pluriel. C'est undifference idiomatique entre le francais et l'anglais.
« Combien d’enfants avez-vous? »
Can’t figure out why this is right. Enfants is plural.
Wouldn’t you say « J’ai des enfants. »
The phrases on the two sides of the "=" in the title are not parallel, so this makes it confusing from the get-go as to which is the pronoun and which are indefinite adjectives. I suggest changing it to "Chaque, chacun, chacune = each, each one.." and so forth.
Interesting, the answer is probably, "Is Lucie coming to the cinema" but, "Lucie.. is she coming to the cinema" might change the emphasis but would be perfectly correct in English...
