Why is “nous nous sommes brossés les cheveux” wrong, your answer says it should be “nous nous sommes brossé les cheveux.? Please would you explain why nous takes a singular ending, as in your examples, you use “nous sommes allés”.
Thank you
In the last sentence, I can hear montrer, not rentrer. Is it possible?
Doing some revision and this lesson has had me in knots.
Can somebody confirm or correct me please
Tu aimes mon pull ? -Oui, il est très beau
Does this get to the point?
Tu aimes mon pull ? -Oui, c'est un très beau pull...?
HI,
Example 3 and 4 are incomplete in english translation. Please kindly take note.
This exercise is broken into more audio files than usual. This means that each file is shorter, and this is very helpful as I listen to each section many times, usually just to hear a couple of difficult parts that I’m having trouble understanding. I thought it would be useful to let you have this feedback! :)
OK so I selected "Elle va revenir dans cinq minutes" as in she is going to come back in 5 minutes.
However the correct answer was "Elle revient dans cinq minutes".
Are these not both correct, I mean apart from being word perfect?
1. In the numbers test, quatre-cent-cinq was a correct answer. We don't use cinque for numbers above 100?
2. In the lesson you have deux-cents (with a hyphen), and cinq cents (no hphen). Is cinq cents an exception to the hyphenation rule?
I agree with the last two questions. 'Elle est' seems correct, as it is a description of a specific person.
