Nous les avons préparés nous-mêmes
If préparer is a regular verb why do we use it with 's' in past tense?
Thank you.
Why is he so ambivalent towards France? What is the explanation of his exile and attitude?
Dear Kwiziq team,
I would be grateful if you could explain how the past participle is formed, there is nothing about this in this lesson and I think that it would be useful to know it so to use the Passé Composé correctly. Could you please explain.
Merci,
Apostolos
It seems that you could use marcher or aller à pied for "you are supposed to walk in the sidewalk", depending on the context.
You are supposed to walk ( as opposed to not ride your bike/roller skate/ etc) could take "aller à pied"...it seems to me.
In this kind of phrase - 'elle entendit un petit couinement venir des buissons' - is it possible to use the present participle instead of the infinitive ('elle entendit un petit couinement venant des buissons') ? If so, is either more usual or preferable than the other ?
Would it also be correct to say:
Nous nous l'imaginons blonde avec les yeux bleus?
Salut, pouvez-vous m'expliquer le temps du verbe dans cette phrase:
Je n'avais jamais boursicoté avant que Belinda ne suggère que je tente le coup et bien que je sois encore en train d'apprendre les ficelles..."
Pourquoi est le present utilisé?
Merci !
I read this somewhere - why is the des not a de in front of petits?
Derrière moi vous avez des petits bateaux à voile mais aussi de grands bateaux à voile
I love the audio on this lesson. The pauses on the punctuation give more life to the language.
