One of the answers given I think was written with "que l'on" rather than "qu'on", i.e.
si vous ne voulez pas que l'on parte plus tôt.
Are both correct. If so can you please explain the use of l' . I don't understand why we would use l' here.
In the sentence " I also don't like some soccer fans " I used "je n'aime pas aussi" but the correction said it is "je n’aime pas non plus"
What is the reasoning here? When I read the grammar lesson behind it, it says "non plus" is more like "not...either" which is definitely not the same meaning as also in English.
When I used "Je suis une chanteuse," instead of "je suis chanteuse," I was told I was incorrect. But if the person speaking sings but singing isn't her profession, wouldn't "je suis une chanteuse" be correct?
Thank you helping in previous question.
How to know the order of the words..?
Est ce que tu parles la francias?
Est ce que parlez vous la francias?
How to decide- personal pronoun to be used has to be before verb or after verb??
Thank you
Hello, after adding a subject to my notebook and then reviewing the notebook lesson for that subject, it would be helpful to immediately be able to do some practice exercises on this subject alone, without having to do a kwizz covering all your dashboard subjects. Is this (getting exercises for self-selected subjects) possible?
Why is this correct? Isn't "quel, quelle etc." only for things? and while Les filles à qui je pense sont géniales is correct is there a difference in meaning between the two?
I really enjoy these exercises and they really assist in learning and improving my french.
Is it possible to see the "full" English translation? Without having to do the exercise again and each phrase separately.
This would help me to view the English translation and see where I deferred but also cement some expressions.
Thank you
I think there is a mistake made regarding 'ces 'which is translated as those and not these.
