Wrong spelling "repesons"
This question relates to:French lesson "Conjugate -é(-)er, -e(-)er verbs - except -eter and -eler - in the present tense in French (Le Présent) "
Asked 3 years ago
Bonjour Shekhar,
The spelling of 'repesons' is correct. It is a derivative of the verb 'peser'. The prefix re- is added to mean 'again' -> repeser = to weigh again
A lot of other French verbs have the same equivalent:
mesurer = to measure -> remesurer = to remeasure
payer = to pay -> repayer = to pay again for [sth]
décorer = to decorate -> redécorer = to redecorate
I hope this is helpful.
Bonne journée !
