You used 'mixed clock' expressions. 'Quinze heures' is using 24 hour clock - this maintains its (military) precision by needing the minutes expressed, not using et quart, et demie or moins le quart. The latter phrases are only used with the 12 hour clock See the green bar 'Attention' in the lesson.
