Why is it “Si ça ne te dérange pas” and not “déranges pas”?
Why dérange not déranges?

The subject is "ça", which means you need 3rd person singular for the verb. And that is "dérange". "Déranges" would be 2nd person singular.

Because agreement is with the subject pronoun “ça” - it, takes 3rd person singular - not with “te” which is the object pronoun.
