This fellow doesn't do any linking at all. Where does he live? What's his excuse for not saying C'est tun livre? I know some linking is facultatif, but "C'est un" would seem to be a no-brainer.
What about linking some of those phrases?

What about linking some of those phrases?
Hi George,
If you can point us to this particular example, we can take a look at the audio and adjust it if need be.
Incidentally, you could say both -
C'est / un/ livre
and
C'esTun livre
this liaison being optional.
Hope this helps!
Optional. Okay. Where is the lesson about this optionality? Thanks so much.
Thanks for raising that, George. I had just written myself a very big note that it must be something I've been getting wrong for 50+ years! (after school A level grade B - Oral, grade A, University subsidiary, countless holidays in France). I've been very happy so far with what I've experienced on the site in the last 3 days since I joined (50+ quizes at all levels) , but that has shaken my faith a little, I'm afraid.
