Using faire + noun or verb?
Hi, In the quiz it asks: Lisa fera des études = Lisa will study. Would it not be correct to say Lisa étudera instead?
This question relates to:French lesson "Conjugate faire in the future tense in French (Le Futur Simple)"

Hi Jessica,
You would use 'faire des études' for, to study in the sense of 'pursuing an education'.
You would use the verb 'étudier' to say for instance -
Lisa étudiera l'anglais à Londres = Lisa will study English in London
étudier is a synonym of apprendre and it will be linked with an object.
Hope this helps!
