use of "en" in "si j'en avais les moyens"

These exercises are so helpful. Could please explain the usage of "en" in the phrase "Si j'en avais les moyens?" Why is not simply "Si j'avais les moyens?"

Here "en" refers to "payer une superbe croisière aux Caraïbes":

Si j'avais les moyens de payer une superbe croisière aux Caraïbes -> Si j'en avais les moyens.
