In French films, I have often seen "Je vais pas" used instead "je ne vais pas". So presumably "Je vais point" is also used colloquially.

Understanding ne .... point (negation)
This question relates to:French lesson "Ne ... point = Not (French Negations)"
Asked 4 years ago
Hi William,
As Aurélie says in the lesson -
"The negation ne... point is an old-fashioned way to say ne ... pas (not). It is used mostly in the written form, as it sounds very formal nowadays. "
So I doubt whether it would be used except for effect as you suggest in a film.
I seem to remember a French Canadian teacher friend of mine who used 'ne ...point' rather more often than we would ever in France so maybe this is more common in Québec?
Hope this helps!
