Craig, the transcript is exactly as the French is said in the video in this phrase.
It would not be ‘qu’il’ even if she had used ‘pour que’ (or que), but ‘qu’elle’ as it would be referring to ‘sa valise’.
The English translation is not direct, but conveys the meaning of the French question, in which the speaker has used the subjunctive. The ‘2nd subject’ is implicitly the listener - either ‘vous’ or ‘on’ (one).
