Sound quality is terrible

Question

I found that the sound quality on this recording was really terrible, there's an echo that made it really difficult to make out what the speaker was saying, so I abandoned it.

Hi Patrick, 
If I am not mistaken, this sounds like Marie's voice.
Sometimes, when a new voice is added users can find it disconcerting as the different timbres de voix can throw them off. 
You will have this problem in real life but if other users agree with you, we can order a re-record.
