pronominal verb

Question

Are there any fixed verbs for pronominal, or any verb can be a pronominal verb ? Somebody, reply please. Merci en avance !

Hi Vijay,
There are a few verbs that are essentially pronominal like -
s'évanouir ( to faint),  s'enfuir ( to flee),  se méfier ( to distrust)  as there are no stand-alone verbs,  évanouir,  enfuir, or méfier.
But most other pronominal verbs will have other forms changing their original meanings -

apercevoir = to see ( in the distance)
et
s'apercevoir = to realise

préparer = to prepare
et
se préparer = to get ready

etc.
