Regardez les phrases suivante: Elle est à l'origin du groupe, et elle écrit la majorité des chansons. J'adore sa voix. Ce semble que "sa" dans ce dernière phrase réfère à Chantal Lauby, pas Jennifer. N'est-ce pas?

Étant donné qu’on parle d'un groupe et d’une chanteuse, je pense que logiquement  ´sa voix ´ se réfère à cette dernière et non pas sa mère.

Elle est à l'origine du group. Ici, "elle" doit réfère à Chantal Lauby! N'est-ce pas?

‘ Elle ‘ refers to Jennifer. It is Jennifer who is the principal person being spoken of, it is Jennifer who has already been referred to as ‘ her ‘ by the use of ‘ sa mère ‘, and it is Jennifer who is part of the group. Chantal, her mother, is well-known apparently, but as comedienne and humoriste, not as singer or musical performer.

In both English and French, there can be ambiguity with use of pronouns in this setting, but context is important to meaning, and here there is little doubt that ‘ elle’ refers to Jennifer. It could be made completely unambiguous by saying ‘ Jennifer, elle est à l’origine …’, but we already know Jennifer, ‘she’, is the one of the 2 women mentioned who is in the group Superbus.
