Hi Nazar,
I would like to have a look at the question or lesson from which this query has come?
https://french.kwiziq.com/community-guidelines
"Quantités " is a feminine plural noun (and direct object of réduire) and therefore I see the past participle of the verb mettre needing to be "mises" to be in accord with that noun (as is the case with an adjective).
Bonne continuation
Jim
Thanks Jim I was confused whether to make it agree with “Quantités” or “plastique”. As regards to your question, I don’t quite understand it but if you mean where I got the statement from its in preparation for the Irish Leaving Cert (equivalent of BAC) French Exam. We have topical essays in french with plastic/environment being one that could come up. Hence, I’m learning off a few phrases. Thank you again.
The Forum doesn't help with homework, that is what I needed to be wary about.
Jim
