Même and comme

Hi all, may I know what the difference is between même and comme? Thank you.

Même = Same or Even 
Comme = Like / As

A request can u pls just adjust the audio , the setting of playing it forward and backward , coz if I wanna listen the line , a single line I have listen the whole Audio from the start
