Why was I marked wrong for saying "Elle leur pense aussi" for the question below?«Il pense à sa famille. Elle ________ pense aussi.»He thinks of his family. She thinks of it too

In that example it would be: "...elle y pense aussi."

Elle pense à eux. -- She thinks of them.
Don't crucify me, but in the case of, e.g., penser, one sais: Je pense à toi and NOT Je te pense.
