'Je n'aime pas le football' is correct. When talking about things in general, or abstractly, you must use the definite articles 'le, la, l', les' .

When the statement is general, the rule of using partitive article 'de' doesn't apply.
J'aime le football = I like football
Je n'aime pas le football = I don't like football
