Difference between 'none left' and 'haven't any more'

So there is no difference in French between ' i haven't any more chocolate' and 'I haven't any chocolate left'? That was my confusion, I thought it was a trick question.

Hi Chris,

I believe it is the same as in English, it means the same thing.

Je n'ai plus de lait = I have no milk left/ I have run out of milk/I have no more milk ( left)

It's the difference between "n'avoir plus --- anymore (no more)

and n'avoir plus de --- no more of
