Croire uses Indicatif in Affirmative Cases

Hey, as per this lesson - "Penser/trouver/savoir/croire/prétendre que" are followed with the indicative mood (L'Indicatif) in affirmative sentences BUT with the subjunctive mood (Le Subjonctif) in negative ones

I am getting confused why Subjonctif is used here if croire is affirmative here -

Ils n'arrivent pas à croire que je veuille rester !
