Should this prompt be "tradition has it that he or she be crowned king or queen for the day!"?

Goûter ou goûter à

what's the difference between the two please? I saw "tu peux y goûter?" which clearly took the preposition a but I would've said "tu peux le goûter?" Google hasn't helped me!

Future tense for -uyer verbsHi In my kwiziq test I was penalised for using essuyeras instead of essuieras, while your instructions suggest that both forms are acceptable? Could please clarify? Best wishes Marija

'Lorsque' and 'Alors que'

Does the same rule explained in this lesson also apply for Lorsque and Alors que ?

'Lorsque je serai vieux, j'aurai une maison.' [When I AM old, I will have a house.]

'Tu feras tes devoirs alors que je ferai la vaisselle.' [You will do your homework while I DO the dishes.]

Changer de + quelque chose

"Quand elle aura des enfants, elle changera d'avis."

Usually we use 'changer de + noun' as a rule. So if I say '"...elle changera de son avis."  Why is that incorrect? ....to say... "...she will change her opinion/mind."

Le temps qu'il fasse demi-tour, il était trop tard. Pourquoi est-ce que demi-tour n'a pas une article?
