A little unclear re the use of the above. What is the difference, if any, between the following ?:
J'ai peu d'amis and J'ai quelques amis
I answered "je n'en ai aucun". Is this not correct as well as just "aucun" ? The example that Celine gives below seems to indicate that's an option.
In the 5th segment of the dialogue, the text reads:
"- Je voudrais une boule à la vanille, une boule au chocolat et une boule à la fraise s'il vous plaît."
But the audio says:
" - Je voudrais une boule à la vanille, et(?) une boule au chocolat et une boule à la fraise s'il vous plaît." I'm not sure if that word is actually "et" as it almost sounds like "y a", as though somebody is saying "il y a" too fast.
This is in both the lesson and the end-of-lesson full text.
Is there a logical explanation for why we don't say "rendre visite aux"? For example, we can say "Je rendre visite à mes parents" but we can't say "Je rends visite aux mes parents"?
Est ce que la france va pouvoir gagner la coupe du monde sans Mbape?
Is there a difference between cafétéria and cantine? Can you use "cantine" here?
…is not an acceptable alternative to ‘c’est n’importe quoi’ if you don’t know in advance what the idea behind this question is?
I have few friends
Are both translations correct?
J'ai quelques amis
J'ai peu d'amis
