Why is there a direct object pronoun in this sentence, "je poserai autant de vacances que je le pourrai"? What does "le" refer to here? Can you say, "je poserai autant de vacances que je pourrai"?
Does this convention only work when talking about full thousands/millions/billions? What if you want to say 12,505 things or 1,350,000 things?

Est-ce qu'il y a une nuance sous-jacente liée à l'utilisation de "en admettant que/en supposant que" pour dénoter une réserve/restriction? Par exemple, si l'on dit "J'irai le voir en mars en supposant/en admettant qu'il n'ait pas trouvé un nouvel emploi ailleurs d'ici là", vaut-il mieux d'opter pour "à condition que" ou même "si" pour dégager une impression plus neutre?

In this lesson, Expressing Numbers from 70 to 999, the paragraph which begins "Note: Before the 1990 Spelling Reform, numbers including et as well as numbers higher than 100 didn’t include the hyphen...", has two examples, "deux cent" and "deux-cent", neither of which have "cent" written as "cents". They should have an "s" at the end shouldn't they, since they are not followed by another number?
This is not a big discrepancy at all, but shouldn't part one be on the lesson list before part two? As it is now, part two is listed first & part one second.
^ for this sentence, the speaker in the recording is a female voice. Wouldn't it be nouvelle if a woman is speaking?
Can one use ‘écarter les bras’ as an alternative to ‘ouvrer les bras’?
