On Sunday, we will go to see the brass band as a family! They wear incredible outfits with gold trimmings and their music is so lively, it always makes us want to dance. The band will march down the street in unison, while playing popular tunes. They will follow the majorettes, who will make their batons twirl in the air. When I was a little girl, I so wanted to be one! Of course, we won’t forget to pop by the refreshment stall to buy candy floss [US: cotton candy] and toffee apples [US: candy apples]. After all, one must treat oneself!
