How the test works

Nestled at the foot of Fribourg canton's Prealps, the medieval village of Gruyères, which gave its name to the region and is also the birthplace of the famous eponymous cheese, dominates the Sarine valley with its majestic 13th-century castle. Before we even entered the picturesque village, we had to go and visit La Maison du Gruyère cheese factory, After getting a taste of the local cheese, we had no choice but to give in to another classic of Swiss cuisine, namely the emblematic fondue ! We then spent the afternoon walking around Gruyères's cobbled streets, until we had worked up an appetite again, which led us to Gruyères's Chocolate Factory. Why deprive ourselves?

Getting that for you now...
