When "quelque chose" is used as a subject, are adjectives feminine? I've seen the sentences "Quelque chose est arrivé." and "Quelque chose est arrivée." Which is correct?

Vrai vs. fauxI think it would be helpful to point out in this lesson that vrai vs. faux do not behave (placement) in the same was as other opposites such as grand/petit, bon/mauvais etc.

imparfait vs. en train de I echo Meghna's last question: The correct answer is ´J'ai frappé à la porte, mais tu étais en train de dormir.´. Could I say this as j'ai frappé ..... mais tu dormais?

Le chat, auquel tu as fait peur, s'est caché sous le lit.I notice in the above examples, that the sentence talking about a cat is only translated using auquel. Is 'à qui' not applicable here? Is a cat not treated as a living thing in this instance? Thanks for your help!

How do you say "within an hour"?"Dinner will be served within an hour" was the wrong choice on the test for "le dîner sera servi dans une heure". If I wanted to be less precise than "in an hour's time", how would I express that?

You just have to watch all the moviesHi. In the week 19 B1 writing test the above is translated as: Il n’y a qu’à regarder tous les films. I can understand 'you only have to watch' bit but please what purpose does the 'y' pronoun play here please? [And as an unrelated aside could this sentence not be simply said as: Vous devez juste regarder tous les films. ]
