Merci pour un texte du moment. 🥰
J'ai une question de vocabulaire.
Est-ce que « pour qu'elles vous SOUTIENNENT jusqu'à la prochaine fois » est acceptable comme une traduction ?
Si non, j'aimerais bien comprendre la raison.
Merci beaucoup.
Something strange is going on today - it’s not working properly
The text reads “Tant mieux, car je n'ai même pas encore commencé à râper le fromage”, but there’s no “même” spoken in the audio (Cécile has confirmed this to be the case in the Q&A).
The text just needs a small correction.
'I share my apartment with five people, including one girl.'
I realise the lesson is about 'dont', but could one use 'compris' or 'y compris' instead of dont? If so, which, and would compris need an e because the girl is feminine?
Please help me how to use 'la voilà' le, les voilà etc. Is it an expression or something else? Thank you.
Why could you not use étreinte or embrasser for hugging please? Enlacement only returns as one option in dictionaries and DeepL and Google translate so why is it preferred here? Thanks.
Can I assume this can also be used for its literal translation? EX: "When are we going to all get together?" "I don't know. When we open the presents?"
The vernacular usage for "vers" with time appears to drop the determinate. This doesn't appear to be true for the other usages of "vers".
