Why in the above translation has the word 'gotten' been used? Although acceptable in USA + Canada, it is regarded as bad grammar in the UK? I had got....... ought to be the translation.
"Ginger" can be used as an insult in the UK (sadly), and some would deem it offensive.
I am confused. Sometimes Ayez is used sometimes Ayons is used.
For example "Ayez confiance mes amis" I was corrected from Ayons
But here is one example Ayons foi en notre force .
Is there a rule or we just have to know, like vocabulary
"...vous pourrez programmer votre combinaison personnelle quand vous arriverez ici." (recommended answer)
"...vous pourrez programmer votre combinaison personnelle quand vous serez arrivés ici." (marked incorrect)
While I do realize that the construction is covered at a higher level than this writing exercise, I was curious if the second sentence is grammatically or situationally incorrect? Or maybe just not preferred?
Merci!

Should it be “dévalisées” because “they” are the “nouveautés” which are female & plural?
I struggle to understand why this means "I forgot to bring you your glasses!"
I thought the word used to express "bring" should have been "apporter" not "rapporter"
