- What are the specialties from Toulouse? - My favourite dish is Toulouse's cassoulet. It's very hearty with (some) white beans, (some) sausages and (some) duck confit. Toulouse's sausage is very famous, and it's perfect for barbecues! If you prefer desserts, you must taste the "gâteau du Fénétra", a lemon, apricot and almond-flavoured cake, or the delicious "briques du Capitole", (some) crunchy praline-flavoured sweets [US: candy]. - Yummy! I'm hungry now!
