My neighbourhood has changed a lot in forty-eight years. At the end of my street, I pass by the new coffee shop. When I was young, it was Mrs Poitier's bakery. We used to buy our sweets [US: candy] there. I've seen the neighbourhood evolve and there are also positive changes. For example, I like the new park because it's greener than before and its benches are prettier and more comfortable.
