Once again, I must resign myself to contacting you for I still haven't received the pair of curtains that I ordered from you three days ago, although I paid for next-day delivery. Last time I had to complain about a non-received order, your delivery man had left my package at another address on my street, without me being made aware of it! I had to go and knock on each door until I found the person who had my package. This is all the more unacceptable since I had also paid extra shipping fees so that my order would be delivered faster. I hope that you will make a goodwill gesture to compensate me for all this wasted time. Cordially, Mr Dubois.
