Anella had always dreamed of looking like the doll which is known all over the world: Barbie. But cosmetic surgery costs an arm and a leg - no pun intended - so Anella had to put money aside before being able to afford her first surgery. She started by having her nose done, then she got breast implants. She had several liposuction procedures in her tummy and thighs as well as silicon injections to make her lips bigger. And she wants her next surgery to be a waist size reduction to get ever closer to her idol's extreme proportions. Her transformation leaves us speechless!

I'll be right with you...
