I don't know about you, but I've been having quite a few extra snacks during this lockdown... So today, let's talk about treating ourselves :)
- First, a very useful French expression:
- J'ai les yeux plus gros que le ventre
(my eyes are bigger than my belly/stomach)
Je crois que j'ai eu les yeux plus gros que le ventre ! I think my eyes were bigger than my belly!
